Return & Refund Policy
At KLIVEXA, we maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy to ensure fairness, maintain product integrity, and prevent misuse of our system. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. No Return / No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under normal circumstances.
This includes:
• Incorrect size selected by customer
• Change of mind after purchase
• Personal preference or dislike of the product
• Delivery delays caused by courier/logistics partners
2. Eligible Cases (Replacement Only)
We only consider replacement requests in the following situations:
• You received a damaged product
• You received the wrong product/item
Please note:
KLIVEXA does not provide refunds under any circumstances. Only replacement requests may be considered if approved.
3. Proof Requirement (Mandatory)
To request a replacement, you must provide:
• A complete unboxing video recorded from start to finish without cuts or edits
• Clear images showing the issue/product defect
Requests submitted without proper proof will be automatically rejected.
4. Reporting Time Limit
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests made after 24 hours from delivery time will not be accepted under any circumstances.
5. Replacement / Return Processing
If your replacement request is approved:
• A ₹399 return/replacement processing fee will apply
• We will arrange a replacement for the same product
• Replacements are subject to stock availability
• If the product is unavailable, KLIVEXA reserves the right to deny the replacement request
6. COD Orders
A ₹100 COD handling/shipping fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including approved replacements.
Refusing to accept a COD order may result in:
• Restriction from future Cash on Delivery purchases
• Permanent blacklisting from COD services on KLIVEXA
7. Non-Eligible Claims
We do not accept claims for:
• Minor color/design variations caused by lighting or screen differences
• Incorrect size selection by customer
• Used, washed, or customer-damaged products
• Requests submitted without unboxing proof
• Delivered orders reported after the 24-hour reporting window
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be canceled, modified, or changed.
No refund will be issued for refused, canceled, or undelivered orders caused by customer unavailability or refusal.
9. Rights Reserved
KLIVEXA reserves the full right to:
• Reject any replacement request that does not meet our policy requirements
• Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders
• Take necessary action against misuse or abuse of company policies
