Shipping policy

At Klivexa, we operate with a transparent shipping system. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

2. Payment & Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders:
    • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD):
    • A flat ₹100 shipping fee is mandatory on all COD orders.
    • This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days.
  • Remote locations may take up to 10 business days.
  • Delays due to logistics or unforeseen issues are not our responsibility.

4. Order Confirmation (COD Only)

  • COD orders may require confirmation via call/SMS/WhatsApp.
  • If the order is not confirmed, it will be automatically canceled.

5. Delivery Rules

  • Customers must be available to receive the order.
  • If a COD order is refused or not accepted, the customer may be restricted from placing future orders.
  • Re-delivery is not guaranteed.

6. Address & Contact Details

  • Customers must provide accurate address and contact details.
  • Klivexa is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

7. Delays & Liability

  • While we aim for timely delivery, Klivexa is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or external factors.
  • No compensation will be provided for delayed deliveries.

8. Damaged or Missing Orders

  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).
  • Claims after this period will not be accepted.

9. Policy Enforcement

  • Klivexa reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.
  • Misuse of COD or repeated order refusals may lead to permanent restrictions.
